Hester Farms
Operated by Ellis and Sokha Hester, Hester Farm is comprised of 200 acres, about 30 fertile and workable, located 1,500 feet above the Pahala area. They are not certified organic, but come from organic farming background and practice organic techniques – using only macadamia nut husks and other natural material for composting, no spray chemicals of any kind. The farm is off grid and solar powered.
They produce a huge variety of crops, 30 or 35 different veggies at any given time.
