I just saw the film Forks and Knives last night at the Regal Dole Cannery.

They talk extensively about research conclusions about casein in milk and disease.

Aloha, an aside you might like to think about…here from the mainland for a wedding and great food! Looking for mention on menus of sustainable fish. None! The Monterey Bay aquarium has small wallet sized cards which are free for your’s and several other areas of the US. They tell the diner which is good to eat for sustainability. Work with them , raise awareness. Looking for Fresh veggies, organically grown, again only one restaurant mentioned the source of their produce. Since I am a FOODIE, formerly I worked at Chez Panisse and Stars, I raise the following question. Are you focusing on these 3 points
1. Organic
2. Local
3. Sustainable

If so, make it shameful to carry the fish which is not okay to eat. You’d be surprised how the public will react. I personally will not eat in restaurants which don’t seem to care where and how their food, produce and meat and fish are raised!!!

We face a world food shortage. To pave over choice ag land is an obscene idea. Housing should go on waste land like old landfills. Please, please dis-allow the the request for a change.
